Olivers Hay Maker

This sweet cider is made from vintage cider apples,crushed and fresh pressed,then cold fermented by wild yeast’s and aged in old oak barrels.Blended in the late spring after the angel's share has evaporated through the wooden staves during the winter,it yields a fruity cider with a rich colour.
