1. All orders placed before 11:00am will be delivered next working day.
2. In the unlikely event of a stock shortage we will contact you and advise of the expected delivery date.
3. All items require a signature from a person over the age of 18 on delivery otherwise items will be returned to the depot to await collection by the consignee.
(proof of age may be required)
4. Any items that the unable to be delivered by the courier will be returned to the depot to await collection by consignee. (a card will be left at delivery address to advise of this)
5. Items returned to Cyderstore due to none delivery / collection will only receive a partial refund to cover the cost of returning the items to Cyderstore
6. We ship throughout mainland UK, although some post codes incur a different delivery rate than our standard £10.99 flat rate.
7. Cyderstore reserve the right to refuse and or cancel any orders.
8. All customer details are stored under encryption for a period of not less than 1 year and then destroyed to fulfill the terms of the data protection act
